How may I acquire Tom’s autograph?

All autograph requests must be in writing, sent to the address below.  Unfortunately, Tom cannot accept any requests via e-mail, phone or fax.  Please include an appropriately sized, self addressed envelope (for an 8 x 10 photo) with correct return postage to expedite returns to ensure that your request is processed correctly and in a timely manner.  Please do not send money.
